Born in North Yorkshire, Robert McPartland attended both Middlesbrough College of Art and Ravensbourne College of Art and Design, before graduating from Goldsmith’s College, London in 1981.
Regularly exhibiting across the British Isles, in 2010 he won the National Open Art Competition award.
