11 - 26 Feb 2010 - Patsy McArthur Solo Exhibition
In this exhibition Patsy McArthur returns to exploring the human figure. Her combination of unusual perspectives and narratives are intriguing. The figures are either leaping, falling, balancing, or very still. In her picture entitled ‘The Pirate, Manhattan’ the powerful figure stands motionless as if he is on top of the world.
McArthur’s work has been widely exhibited in the UK and she has won several awards and scholarships. This is her second solo show with Flying Colours Gallery.
